Kim Lehmann Gonzalez is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Owner of KMG Premier Real Estate Services, LLC.  Her experience in Financial Management, Construction, and Renovation as well as Commercial and Residential Real Estate makes her the perfect ally to help you meet your investment goals through real estate.

Prior to founding KMG Premier, she served as the Designated Managing Broker for Gonzalez Longoria Realty, LLC, for 12 years, but has been in real estate and construction since 1994. What started with the purchase of an income producing property to help offset her college tuition costs, blossomed into a lifelong passion for investments and real estate.  Because of this passion, she pursued her real estate license while earning her BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.  

Upon Graduation from A&M, she began her career as a Co-Portfolio Manager and Head Equity Trader with a mutual fund company in Houston, Texas.  She later accepted a position with a securities trading firm in San Antonio, where she received her Series 24 License and was made Principal and Head of Operations for their Texas offices.  In 2003, she left the securities world to return to her original passion, investment real estate.  She founded Segue Investment Group, LLC where she facilitated the acquisition, rehabilitation and successful disposition of her personal portfolio of real estate as well as earned her real estate broker's license.

Currently she also serves her community as the Associate Superintendent of Capital and Construction Projects for the Department of Catholic School in the Archdiocese of San Antonio.  In this role, she facilitates and oversees capital improvements on the Catholic School campuses in the San Antonio and surrounding areas. She has spearheaded and project managed the renovation of an entire campus, the construction of 2 new 10 classroom school buildings as well as designing and building a new 27,000 sq. ft. tournament gymnasium.
